Partner Yoga is such a great way to connect with another it brings a wonderful sense of fulfillment and allows us to engage, which when you think about it doesn’t usually happen during a Yoga class or Sadhana. We are more than often either a) trying to be in the moment with ourselves attempting to control the busy mind or b) checking out our dirty toe nails as we attempt to ‘ujay’ breath our way into a forward bend.
So if you haven’t tried Partner Yoga yet then give it a go, it’s also a great way to heighten the sex life!! :) ENJOY!!
