Post Venus transit and full moon it seemed the perfect time to tune into the Borage flower (also known as starflower) and make an essence.

Borage/Starflower oil is often used to regulate the female hormones in a very similar way to the Evening Primrose. However these little stars are also a connection for us between heaven and earth, keeping us balanced which is always kinda nice. Borage also helps skin conditions and encourages us to shake off those niggling aspects of life that just wont shift. This Essence has a magical energy.

Flower Bath

A regular part of my life includes gathering petals for flower bathing. Flower baths transform your energy and really connect you to Mother Earth. I was out today gathering petals and below are some of the beautiful blooms I am lucky enough to have living just a few steps from my house…Enjoy!

Kali and I got up early and after Sadhana made our first essence of the year with the wonderful spirit of Clematis (see previous blog). I’ll be really interested to see how her essence varies from mine when its’ ready to take!looking forward to the journey.

I’m making these essences not just for mine and my families benefit but also to share with my friends. I have grown this medicinal garden this year for that Very purpose. I don’t want your money i just want to share the earths spirit, so when i make something and if anything calls to you then PLEASE ask and ill provide, i may need you to provide the odd bottle or two but that’s it:)

Taking this essence will open you to your ‘feminine’ when meditating with her i was blanketed in the most purest pink light. It’s important to get in touch with the love within that you have and give unconditionally with no expectations, release sadness.

The message she gave me is one of ‘Everything is Love and Love and openness of the heart is the key to this journey’.
