The Blue Bells this time of year in England are spectacular, also known as the flower of the Fae people:) I’ve been walking in the woods and using the Blue bells to make a flower essence which is wonderful for the heart, it really helps you open up, my children seem to be drinking it down too (or maybe that’s just the taste for brandy:=)
